Horizon Engineer Jamie Howourth has been registered as a Risk Assessor on the Society of Brownfield Risk Assessment (SoBRA) Register. The SoBRA scheme looks to identify individuals possessing the critical technical, scientific and communication skills required to design, perform and/or critically evaluate land contamination risk assessments.
