Meet the Team
Jim
Jim is a Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng) with over 20 years’ experience in the planning, design and construction of highways and drainage infrastructure for projects ranging in size from single dwellings to major road diversions. Jim’s specialisms include Flood Risk Assessments, earthwork volume analysis and the design of schemes for adoption under Section 278 or Section 104 legal agreements.
Hailey
Hailey has a PhD in Mathematical modelling of landfill biodegradation and is a Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng). She has over 20 years’ experience, formerly for a landfill operator and more recently running the South West division of a national environmental consultancy. Hailey specialises in advising clients on best value waste management options, environmental permitting and supporting them to realise value from challenging sites. Hailey is also a registered Qualified Person under the CL:AIRE DoWCoP, and holds a WAMITAB Level 4 certificate of technical competence.
Alex
Alex is a Chartered Water & Environment Manager (C.WEM), a registered Specialist in Land Condition (SiLC) and is as a Fully Accredited SOBRA Risk Assessor on the Society of Brownfield Risk Assessment Register. Alex is also a registered Qualified Person under the CL:AIRE Definition of Waste: Development Industry Code of Practice Scheme supporting the sustainable re-use of excavated soils on construction sites. He has more than 20 years professional experience specialising in environmental permitting, site investigation, environmental and human health risk assessment, remediation and
waste management.
Jamie
Jamie is a Senior Consultant with a Masters Degree in Environmental Consultancy. He has seven years of professional experience including sites across the UK, in particular the South-East and South-West. Jamie is experienced in preparing conceptual site models, planning intrusive investigations, acting as a resident site engineer and preparation of materials management plans. More recently Jamie has taken an active role in the preparation of landfill permit applications including the use of industry standard modelling software such as LandSim and GasSim. Jamie has recently obtained status as a Chartered Geologist and is working towards becoming a Qualified Person with CL:AIRE.
George
George is a Civil Engineer with over five years experience in planning and detailed design including drainage infrastructure, highway design and volumetric analysis. George has worked on a range of projects varying from a single unit to large residential commercial and industrial developments. George has extensive experience with Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Statements, discharging planning conditions and obtaining Section 38, 104, 106 and 278 legal agreements from both Local Councils and Water Authority’s.
